Delivery is usually within 7 days on average BUT often much sooner. We ask for your patience with a slightly longer delivery times because many of our headbands and slides are made to order. We want to make sure it is perfect for you. If there is going to be a delay we will be in touch to update you.

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel, bad weather, postal strikes, or more recently Coronavirus, for example. If this happens we will let you know. We ask for your patience if this happens – we’ll be doing our best to sort it out for you. If there is a delay once your order is on its way, we will be in touch to let you know when you should expect it.

Packaging

Our hair accessories are generally packaged in cello bags in a standard envelope, but our more delicate hair clips or headbands are bubble wrapped or sent in a bubble envelope.

Under £12 Standard First Class Post

In most cases, your order will be shipped within a few days, however shipping times will vary. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed and delivered to ensure your order is made with quality care. If not received after 7 days please contact us so we can clarify your order, send out a replacement or take action to track it if necessary.

Delivery is vie Royal Mail and is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, weight and size of your purchase and how much you have spent.

International deliveries

We send all our items via Airmail with insurance were necessary.

Prices are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your parcel.

International deliveries can take a little longer than UK time scales. Please allow up to 14 days, but it will often arrive much sooner.

Lost parcels procedure

We always go out of our way to make our customers happy. We hope you trust us, so we trust you and we will try our best to rectify any issues with missing or damaged deliveries. We try to follow the below were possible:

If your parcel does not arrive in the expected time, please first check with your sorting office. The Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be lost until 15 working days have passed from the expected delivery date.

If your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, we are happy to file a claim with the Royal Mail on your behalf as we always obtain proof of postage if sent by recorded delivery. Once the claim has been investigated by the Post Office they will make contact with you and will require a response. This will be their deciding factor as to whether a claim will be honored.

If the Post Office agree the claim, we will either issue you with a refund or replacement (if the items are available), whichever you would prefer. Please note that the investigation can take up to 30 days, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to shorten this process.

Check your delivery details carefully

Please ensure you have the correct address information in your details as we are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address which is not forwarded to you. If that is the info you have given in the system we will try to help were possible but it’s your responsibility to check delivery details. If the package is delivered and not collected from the Post Office and is returned to us we will require the cost of the postage to be sent to resend the package.
